The Bin Cleaning Company is based in North Hampshire. We are privately owned and not part of any Franchise Organisation. We are the largest independent bin cleaning company of its type in the UK.

What size bins can you clean?

We clean all REL (rear end loading) sizes ranging from the 120 litre domestic wheelie bin to the larger 1280 litre steel commercial bin.

Can I also have my recycle bin cleaned?

Recycle bins are cleaned in exactly the same way but on a quarterly basis providing 4 cleans per annum.

I live in a flat and have large commercial bins can I get these cleaned?

BCC clean the commercial bins for several hundred flats & apartment blocks together with schools, hospitals and even the bins at a Premiership Football Stadium.

How do you clean wheelie bins?

We have specialist equipment that is mounted onto the back of a Ford Ranger pick-up. The bin is lifted via the hydraulic ram (the same as the dustman), and cleaned by the bin cleaning machine. There is no mess or fuss; our trucks recycle water via the filtration system.

Have you been recognised by any organisation for your cleaning system?

Yes, The Green Organisation have awarded us the “5 star” membership (the highest possible) for our actions to assist the environment.

What happens to the water at the end of the day?

All water that remains in the truck at the end of the day is discharged to septic tank, this is emptied by Chambers and taken to be treated by Thames Water.

I have maggots in my wheelie bin what should I do?

Call BCC immediately to arrange for a visit as soon as possible.
The disinfectant and deodorisers we use are bio-degradable and kill 99% of all known germs.

Do you offer a one off clean?

In order to keep the price down and the quality high, we cannot offer a one off cleaning service. We provide a value for money reliable service. Can you think of a service that calls at your home once a month from as little as £3.75 per visit?

Can I pay for my bin cleaning every month?

The cost of bank charges prevents this, to collect such a small amount and pay the banks fees would require us to review the pricing structure and it has always been the company’s policy to deliver the highest quality of service at the lowest possible cost.

Can I pay for my bin cleaning every month? How would I pay for my commercial bin cleaning?

You will receive an invoice in the post after each bin clean visit and our payment terms are net 30 days.
